- AtroPELLO Games is not liable for damages, data loss, or outcomes derived from the game.
- Your saved games are yours; you give us permission to store and display them as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The service may change or shut down without prior notice.
Claims & incidents
- Send takedown or claims requests to the legal email and include the affected title.
- Security or outage reports receive a confirmation within 48 h following the incident playbook.
Jurisdiction & conduct
- Any contractual relationship is governed by Spanish law and the courts of Barcelona (Spain).
- Do not upload malicious content, interfere with other users, or attempt to compromise the infrastructure.
- Your nickname is public on leaderboards and in reviews. Nicknames that are offensive, impersonate others or contain third parties' data may be removed from the leaderboard.
- If you see such a nickname, report it by writing to info@atropello-games.es.
- AtroPELLO Games is provided “as is”; uninterrupted availability or error-free experiences are not guaranteed.
